Basic principles

The alphanumeric system consists of uppercase orthographic Latin letters and Arabic numerals.

Sign DC components of the letters from the first half of the alphabet, that is, A to M in the selection, sign AC components of the letters from the second half of the alphabet, that is, N to Z in the selection. Letters "I" and "O" cannot be used, the symbols "+" and "-" can be used.

When there is no confusion, it is allowed to omit some parts of the complete alphanumeric symbols specified in the Article.



Marking principles

Insulated terminal marking is based on the following principles:

The two terminals of a single component are distinguished by two consecutive digits, the odd number should be smaller than the even number, for example, 1 and 2.

A single component in the middle of each insulated terminal to distinguish with numbers, preferably with a natural increasing number sequence of numbers. For example: 3, 4, 5, etc. The middle terminal numbers are chosen to be greater than the number of terminals on both sides and should be marked from the terminals near the smaller number. For example, a component with two insulated terminals of 1 and 2 in the middle of the terminals with 3, 4, 5, and other digital signs.

If several similar components are combined into a group, the insulated terminals of each component can be marked in the following way:

5.2.1 and 5.2.2 specified in the number before the crown of letters to distinguish between the two sides of the insulated terminal and the middle of each terminal, for example. Use U, V, W to mark each phase terminal of the equipment in the three-phase AC system;

When it is not necessary or possible to identify the phase, the method of crowning the numbers before the numbers specified in clauses 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 is to distinguish between the two side insulated terminals and each of the middle terminals. To avoid confusion, add a dot in the middle of these numbers, for example, a component terminal with 1.1 and 1.2 signs, and another component terminal with 2.1 and 2.2 signs.

The two insulated terminals of each component are distinguished by different consecutive numbers, and the odd number of that component should be smaller than the even number.
